Skye, the fearless Cockapoo, takes to the skies to help her friends. With her helicopter and high-flying skills, Skye never misses a beat, ensuring the team gets to their destination quickly and safely.

Chase Chase

Chase is the German Shepherd police pup and natural leader when it comes to safety. Whether it's sniffing out clues or keeping everyone organized, Chase is on the case with his keen instincts and police skills!

Marshall Marshall

Marshall, the clumsy but lovable fire pup, is always ready for action with his firetruck and water cannons. Despite his funny mishaps, Marshall always manages to save the day with his bravery and enthusiasm.

Ryder Ryder

Ryder is the brave, young leader of the PAW Patrol. Always ready to jump into action, Ryder guides his heroic pups through every adventure with quick thinking and a can-do attitude. He’s the one who sets the team on their exciting treasure hunt!

Rocky Rocky

Rocky, the eco-friendly recycling pup, uses his resourcefulness and creativity to solve problems. From fixing broken gadgets to coming up with clever solutions, Rocky’s the pup for the job when you need to think outside the box.

Rubble Rubble

Rubble, the construction bulldog, is the team’s builder and digger. With his trusty bulldozer, Rubble is always ready to clear the way and lend a paw whenever heavy lifting is needed.

Zuma Zuma

Zuma is the aquatic rescue pup who loves everything about water! With his hovercraft, Zuma is always prepared to dive into any water rescue and ensure the team sails smoothly through their pirate adventure.

Mayor Goodway Mayor Goodway

Mayor Goodway is the friendly and dependable leader of Adventure Bay. She always looks out for her community and trusts the PAW Patrol to come to the rescue whenever there's trouble.

Chickaletta Chickaletta

Chickaletta is Mayor Goodway’s mischievous pet chicken, often found clucking her way into trouble. With the help of the PAW Patrol, she manages to stay safe and sound during the adventure!

Bürgermeister Besserwisser Mayor Humdinger

Mayor Humdinger is the cunning and competitive leader of Foggy Bottom. Always up to no good, he tries to outsmart the PAW Patrol in their race for the pirate treasure, but his sneaky ways often get him into trouble!

Tollpatsch Cap’n Turbot

Cap’n Turbot is the adventurous marine biologist and captain who often assists the PAW Patrol. Though a bit clumsy, he provides essential help during the pups’ pirate adventure, using his knowledge of the sea to guide the team on their treasure hunt.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event?

PAW Patrol Live! provides a unique entertainment opportunity for you and your child. As a child's first theatrical performance, it marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of enjoying and learning through live performance. Here are a few things to remember as you plan your visit.

Most children are familiar with entertainment that happens on television and computer monitors. Explain that this will be different, because there will be a story happening live in front of them. The story doesn't stop if you leave the room, but there will be a break in the middle.

Have fun! Sing along, dance, clap, and join in the audience participation elements. But, be safe as well as considerate to those around you. Please don't allow your child to stand on chairs or put your child on your shoulders.

Please also note that during the show there are flashing lights and spotlights, and there may be confetti at the end.

How long does the experience last? The show is approximately 95 minutes long including a 20-minute intermission.

Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be interaction with the performers? This will be a seated theatre performance but expect a lot of interaction from your seat where you will be invited to stand up, dance, and clap-along to your favorite songs!
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, we offer PAW Patrol Live! souvenirs for sale at our concession stands. Our offerings include character plush, an activity book/show program, light up toys, and branded keepsake items that children can enjoy as a remembrance long after the show is over.

Where can I get tickets?
  • In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
  • On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? For this event, all sales are final and tickets can't be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based in availability). No special group bookings will be made for this event.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Doors open one hour prior to showtime. Allow ample time for traffic, parking delays, and entrance to the venue. Once you arrive, you may want to take your child to the restroom and get refreshments in order to be seated and ready by show time.
What happens if I arrive late? If you arrive late, you may not be able to enter the show.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Please contact the venue for clarification. Service dogs may be allowed in certain circumstances:

  • Sound: PAW Patrol Live! has a sound level of 90dB with the occasional peak at 100dB.
  • Special Effects: There is a confetti cannon used in the finale of each performance.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Food and beverages, flash photography, alcohol, smoking, vaping, and anything that may disturb the other patrons are not allowed in the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The show contains both visual and audio elements.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights; PAW Patrol Live! features theatrical lighting that may shine into the audience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, we wouldn't want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment in a child's life! However, professional photography and videotaping are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from VStar Entertainment Group. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the performance space.

Many of the venues we visit have their own camera policies, which their staff members must enforce. We recommend checking your local venue's policy, too, just to be sure!
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
